Shard Charter

UO Excelsior Shard was founded on February 1st, 2006, by three people, known as Colibri, Morpheus and Lero. It became publicly accessible on March 15th, 2006.

UO Excelsior Shard is a non-profit organization, directed by it's staff, supported by it's players and funded by it's donators.

The "Coordinating Admin" is the staff member currently in charge, in case someone can no longer perform their duties as CA, they must name a new one. The CA performs the duties of a shard owner, but does not necesarily own the shard.
