tl-dr: we have a guild forum section you can only see if i manually add your username to the list

Does any one know exactly what is the procedure for getting a house gate set at my house? I have been told just send a staff a msg.... and i need to use the help section and send the msg there... i have done both since yesterday but no one is responding and the help msg thing is a continueing spam ....
