If I just had to make a guess, I'd say 500-750 EDs due to the usefulness and rarity. There are plenty of them around, but they don't tend to come up for sale or show up as a donation bonus/raffle item all that often. Still available, and also selling an enchanted runebook from the donation bonus for 200 ED. The runebook holds 32 runes (double the normal amount), recharges itself with recalls, and has half the normal recharge time between uses.
