I think all gems are account bound and or non-trade-able. The smaller parts that can be farmed i.e. dead rat, Spanish doubloon, and acid rope should remain. You should be able to sell trade and farm these because way i look at it they're the same thing as boards or ingots. Although much harder to ob...
