Go into the Options menu (right click somewhere on the map, Options is almost at the bottom) and make sure the "CC Path" points to your UO directory. That's where the *.MUL files are.

There's somewhat of a "replacement" for UOAM that seems to work pretty well, and that's UOCartographer . You can use the old .MAP files from UOAM (just copy them into the UOCartographer directory). Those should work fine for Excelsior, since we don't have to worry about those newfangled la...
