To me any wep with 3 x 58+ is an endgame wep and all depends why your adding the 10x+10 level deeds. Is it for the strength? Can you lower another hit instead of spending 1k eds? Up to you bud.

Personally, I would ensure Hit Light is 60% as well. That is your hardest hitting direct hit. I would reduce Mana Leech or Energy Area to achieve this if needed.

The point of the weapon is damage output. I would spend remaining in hit arrow. I doubt you will have anything left but if so. STR after that.

I vote yes, bring back IDOC or maybe a new event for them. With IDOC you have to hunt for the house to find them. Maybe make it a quick term, like 3 days till collapse. Could make a monthly event out of i too if preferred.
