That's not how you make an item difficult to get...
Because putting a limit in the 24 hours is the same in term of invested time. You are just annoying people who works and are not retired or unemployed...

good job on leveling the weapon to 100 but the potential is not very good. none of the meaninful hits are there : mana leech, lightning, fireball , harm/magic arrow and lower defence. damage increase is maxed already by relayers, life leech is useless because of insta healing, stamina leech is overs...

my post was more general about the special move, because there are axes with crushing blow too (Ornate Axe)

and with lumberjack 120 the bonus damage for axes is 34% not 10%
