Thank you for the replies. What I guess I mean about vendors it's hard to find items. I can find all the vendors but looking through x amount of containers etc. is what I'm talking about.

imo it's also painful trying to find a merchant for a lot of items. unorganized to me. Still support as much as I can.

So, it's best to level a looted item?

Is there any other rune librarys that would have charges left to get to my treasure map locations. I found a couple library's but both had no charges left. I'm not that advanced in the game so sorry if I'm missing something.
