Monsters that you summon with the fishing nets have a chance to drop MiB's, other than this nets can be use as deco.

you can also rise cooking using "fish dishes" from fish steak, miso, sushi rols...
and some pets are preferring fish as food. use animal lore to check your pet.
I would like to add to the "message in a bottle" info here, just as an FYI, when you open the MiB, there are 2 types of note inside.
One looks like a regular scroll and one is coloured white. The white hued ones are rare and are quite highly sought after as they are an ingredient in making the treasure map book, which is a unique item to this shard and an incredible boon for anyone doing treasure hunting.
I am wondering if anyone knows the prurpose of special fishing nets.
