Weapon build help

Just found a 4x46 Bone Harvester deep in one of my many hording chest (Hit Life Leech, Hit Stamina Leech, Hit Harm, Hit Lower Defense) Has use best weapon and 14 poison Resist. Looking for ideas for decent build. I was thinking Dbl Axe with Whirlwind. Its a little better than my existing Axe which has no stamina and all 40s. Im pretty happy with my bow but open to ideas.

46 Lower Defence

45 Mana
45 Lightning
45 Fireball

as it doesn't have an hit area, it would not be best suited for a ww weapon, but more a bow in my humble opinion
