Never get past this

Which client, and what version are you using.
Basically that reg dump looks like you're using an incompatible version of the client.

That's not a red dump....That is the suggested command lines on the wiki to turn into a registry key
My UPO shows 5.0.9.1 (patch 46)

Uncheck use osi encryption
