I have max 120 in bow craft and fletcher and 100 in arm lore skills, but I lost one point of its maximum durability each time when I repair my bow. What have I missed?
Thank you for answering in advance.

You missed nothing.
You can raise the durability by using powder of fortifying (pof) on it.

to avoid using the powder of durability make repairs Only with repair deeds that way you wont lose durability in the first place

"Repair deeds have a substantially higher chance of loss of a durability point on a success, as compared to a crafter doing the repairs directly". please correct me if my understanding is wrong

Got it backwards for UOEX. Legendary repair deeds (and only Legendary repair deeds) never cause a loss of durability and sometimes cause a 1 point gain. As a 120 skill fletcher, make a repair deed and then use it. Direct repairs cause a durability loss even at 120 skill.
There's a stain of durability that can increase bows and other wooden items to 70 durability in addition to powder of durability which can increase anything to 255 durability. Naturally, the stain is cheaper and easier to come by.
