Hello everyone, I am just inquiring whether anyone else besides me has been having issues with connecting to the game . It was fine earlier in the morning but now I can log in for a few seconds before it seem to stall the game and then kicks me out. I cannot even connect to the portal to read if anyone else has been having issues. thanks in advance

Same here. Was fine when I got home from work a couple of hours ago. Now crashes at various stages of loading toons & also cannot get into portal as well. Other games etc seem to work fine.

SAme here ... since yesterday. I couldn´t play and today looks same. =[ ... is this a attack or something easier to solve? Any news GM?

Same here. I logged on this morning, was able to game for about 45 minutes and then suddenly froze up. I was able to log back in and recall to safety, but since returning to town each time I try to connect the screen loads and I can take maybe 3 steps before everything freezes again and I eventually get the "connection lose" message.

I don't see any unusual activity in the traffic charts, so perhaps this was a temporary datacenter congestion. Right now it seems ok (i dont feel any lag, and i see players are doing champs & doom).

Is this still an issue - for you that posted?

Hi +Coli, yup, still cannot connect, the game crash after characters menù.

Ok i've reported this to the datacenter, will let you know when I have more.

If you all can, please write the name of your ISP and whether you have issues or not. It looks like this is only a problem for some players.

There is definitely a disturbance in the Force. I went from major lags, to being disconnected, to now unable to stay connected right after character selection. I use a cable service called Suddenlink. I just saw one of their trucks drive by my house as I typed this. Hopefully, that may mean a resolution for me is on the way.

My connection problems began yesterday around late afternoon PST. I've experienced severe lag resulting in death and being booted constantly from the game. These problems occurred regardless of switching from wireless to ethernet connection.
My ISP is AT&T U-verse. I hope this issue can be resolved soon because I really love your shard!

I have just done a full restart of the server. First reports are that it's working, looking forward to some more feedback here.

Edit: in-game chat suggests that it's still the same.

Just got word from the datacenter. It's due to an issue with a router in Chicago (internet backbone, as i suspected). So there's nothing we can do but wait and hope for a speedy fix.

Sigh, still cannot log in and can't download pre patched client

is there still problems in chicago, i cant get past the login screen now. just says veryfing account. i didnt have problems before.

nevermind, i got back in after waiting awhile....
