Ok, I am lost on this... I have 2x +5 (Half apron and shoes)and a +4 (robe) to increase but the skill in the skill tab only says 124. the notice on the screen says 130.

now with that said, i cannot make the enchanted leashes because my skill is to low... i have 120 in everything else.

Any ideas or help here please?

your shoes are probably vet not animal lore unless you have some really rare shoes I havn't seen before. the animal lore pieces from taming bods are robe, sash & half apron.
