How does Luck work in Gauntlet?

Hi guys,
As per OSI I know Doom arti chance is 3% base + bonus. Above1200 luck you have highest bonus.
What is the scheme of Doom artifact chances here?
I've read a lot in the forum and I couldnt find a definitive answer.
I've also read that there is some random element that changes over time.
Can someone explain how does gauntlet arti scheme works?

The big picture (after thousand of runs) is 100 runs 1BC 1JC 1SOT. Raising luck LOWER the drop rate of trash artifacts while the drop chance of valuable artifact listed before doesn't change.
0 luck or 7200 luck are the same thing in term of money you can farm running the gauntlet.

What the chance to get an artifact with 0 or 1200 luck? Read the "server operator's explanation" an tell us.

What's the bonus on Excelsior at 0 luck, 1200 luck etc... I'll be eternally grateful if someone can answer to the original question made by Orionesss. And if you read my post you can see that i'm saying that high luck reduce the drop chance of artifacts (excluded BC,JC,SoT). And i'm not the alone complaining about high luck reducing drop chance:
