Hey all,

When i first logged into the shard 345 Days ago Blaze Budd helped me out with teaching me the commands and painstakingly explained to a computer illiterate fool how to get razor working and just generally helped me get started.... I have seen him repeat this action for many new players. He's an all round good dude. His guild title is the "caregiver"... I noticed recently his name has been changed... I understand the reasons for the name change... However... Budd is not how you spell Bud (the part of the plant that you smoke to get high) it reads more like Buddy as in friend. I am starting a petition just to see how many players are offended by his original name and how many are not and would like to see him allowed to use it again...

EDIT: I did this without asking Blaze, and if either Blaze or the Admins are upset with this let me know and i'll remove it... I'm also sure that Blaze took the name change with good grace but I'm just tryin to show that there are a lot of players that respect Blaze out there and don't mind his name at all (his original name that he held for a loong time).

I for one don't see it as offensive or containing a serious drug reference...

Hey there! I think Blaze should et his name back! He helped tons of new players incoming in this shard... He was always here to help me too! Everyone respect him! He got a bunch of friends and players who respect him and who love him!

For his great actions we should give his name back! Nobody saw an offensive purpose of Budd.. We all see that has buddy..

Plz help us to give Blaze his name back!

Blaze Budd is a fixture to this server and I for one am not offended in anyway. I had no idea they made him change his name and think it stinks. Give the good man his name back!!

hmm im thinking some of the sayings from the squirrels are more intence then blaze bud

Give the man his name you have to look pretty hard to see a drug reference in that name. Believe me I have seem much more offensive names.

BlaZe Budd has been his name since he started his character he shouldn't have to change it because it recently "seems" like a bad thing. There have been enough name changes anyway.

After serveral months on shard, the guild I was in was made to change the guild title. They said it was offensive. "Drunk By Lunch" was name of guild. So I really don't think Blaze gonna get his name back.

Amazing i have been here a long time off and on never knew that name had a meaning. Beside yes Squirrels are much worse. And in my Mind youll always Be Blaze Budd !! no mater how many times they change it !
