Time for another fun event:

singing event:

you must record yourself singing your favorite song either with back up music or without; your choice. all songs will be played on ex radio through out the rest of this month and will be voted upon by Jan 30th.

All songs will be submitted to the_doctor_uoex@yahoo, he will play them off and on throughout the rest of the month (when his time permits.)

So chose your favorite song and get singing. no singing in the shower please...bad for your mic.

prizes are as follows:

1st prize: 200 eds. (100 eds from me and 100 from +Veritas)

erm.... you can use someone else's music too, but if you create your own song, hm.... might get some extra points in originality.

I will personally hand over 200 ED to a MALE player who will sing Whitney Houston's "I have nothing", and you have to introduce yourself (character name) in the recording before you start singing. Also, you need to sing it with a comparable conviction as Whitney. XD....

I will ALSO pay 150 ED to both a male and female (300 total) who sing the duet that Neil Diamond and Barbara Streisand did, "You don't bring we flowers." Again, introduction and emotion. XD.... XD..... XD......

Does it have to be in the same octave? I could probably belt it out reasonably well, but id have to be at least an octave lower than her Not that I would be able to match her, unless it was say post bobby brown.....

I'm going to do this! One question though if i pick the whitney houston song do i need the music in the background cause i might not have the song unless i can find somewhere that wil play it for free.....If i do that song and win the contest as well do i get 400ed? I'm a pretty horrible singer.

too bad no one submitted any songs. the only one that did was +Veritas. and the video skipped to another song? i hope that maybe the video event for February will be much better.
