Excelsior

I'm using the Windows Vista operating system. When I try to launch the game using Razor, it goes to the normal log in screen, I enter my password, and then it gets stuck at verifying information. I let it sit there for 5 minutes thinking it was slow, but nothing happened. I've been feeling like this emoticon trying to fix it. Any suggestions?
