Beware the razor update

Post by Iago Venport »

Razor just auto-updated itself and now it's being stupid hanging on Verifying Account despite working perfectly (with the old version of razor pre-it updating itself) ~45mins ago. Going to try the older version and see if i can tell it to not patch, but something definitely seems squirelly with it. And yes i checked all settings, etc . ;)

On the opening screen type in "shard.uoex.net" for the shard and "60" for the port without the quotes. It works fine for me.

After the update, alot of my marcos are gone! I only have a few left. All my catagories are gone, but they are still in the map Razor/Marcos . If I make a new marco, he isnt in the map Razor/Marcos ... so all my marcos are still there but Razor dont see them...

info from runuo.com board..might be useful.. ;)

from http://www.runuo.com/community/threads/ ... ro.481393/ :
"Macros got moved to AppData (hidden folder in My Documents) but it didn't copy macros in sub-folders, so you must manually do it. Same with the counters file. "

I won't use razor anymore (used to many years ago). I recently attempted to d/l and was warned of spyware. Good luck if you elect to use razor! I value my computer's security too much!!
Peace,

Don't d/l from anywhere other than runuo.com/razor and you won't have that problem. ;)
