Overall Player Attribute/Stat Caps
Levelable Weapons
Spirit of Totem (Head Slot) relayered to a Kilt (Skirt Slot)
Pros: +30 HP, no need to level a weapon => instant gratification
Cons: No Spell Damage Increase

Bone Crusher (Doom Artifact Tagged Weapon) relayered to a Ultimate Quiver (Back Slot) with 95 sp left
Pros: Starts with 10 Strength for a little extra boost to HP
Cons: Artifact Rarity Tag Removal - 200ED

The Berserker's Maul (Doom Artifact Tagged Weapon) relayered to a Shirt (Shirt Slot) with 44 sp left
Pros: Gives 75% Swing Speed Increase
Cons: Artifact Rarity Tag Removal - 200ED
If I did this over again, I choose a Wind's Edge(Tokuno Major Artifact Weapon) instead: 50% SSI and no Arti Tag.

Relayer Worthy Weapons
4x14 Pitchfork
Pros: Nice resists, started with 14% Fire, Cold, Energy Resist, 14% DCI, and 30% SSI
Cons: Weapon Specials -> Bleed & Dismount, Low Base Damage making it more difficult to level
Notes: Using Momentum Strike helps to level weapons with bad specials

3x18 Scepter
Pros: 18% Cold and Energy Resist, Weapon Specials -> Crushing Blow & Mortal Strike, which makes it easier to level.
Cons: 18% Physical Resist - this tends to get maxxed out quickly, because Spirit of Totem's 20%.
