1st i whont to say that i'm sorry for my English
So i have problem with placing castel and i need help from GM but maybe i don understant how to contact with them.
I have 50k tokens and money for that castel
Pleace tell me what to do

You just need to buy a house placement tool from Architect (eg the one in luna) and dbl click it and place house in free spot

I know that but the place is full with old yard items I can't remove them

Stand in the place you want to remove the yard items. The GM's know your location when you page

Use the help button on your paperdoll
Select General support request
tell them you want the old yard items removed and a castle placed

I try that in Friday
my chars is in place since friday

Now it is just a matter of patience ... A gm will come and remove the old Yard wand deco when they have the time to...

Keep in mind that all of the GM's and +Coli have Real Life lives as well and are not on 24/7 to help at our beken call...

In help put a request to have yard items from a fallen house removed. If you cannot stay on and patiently wait you can put it into pending que and someone will get to it when they have a chance and likley leave you a message once it is done.

Or if you want them to place the castle for the fee just say so in page and wait. If you need to log you can still put it in pending and it will get done for you just not right when you want it done. (Though I am not 100 percent on how the GM's feel with putting some requests into pending... If one of you get's a chance to comment on this one that wld be good information to know.)

Just to emphasize - you NEED to turn help request into a pending one, since they are not saved when you log off. No GM can help you if they don't know you need assistance. Just in case - to make a request pending you put in a page normally, then try to put in another page - a window will appear with a question on what to do. Select "request pending" and you're set. Now your request will be seen by the GMs even if you go offline.
