It would need to be changed to a whirlwind wep in order to be leveled and maximized, but it's physical area, which is the least desirable. It does have decent props otherwise, but I will be honest in that I don't get excited about lightning. To me, it's another hit spell that costs the same to add as any other area or spell you'd add to this wep. Again, this is a decent mid-level player wep to start leveling, but with that wep type, the special abilities mean someone would need to spend 200 EDs to change the wep type. This is something I'd throw on my vendor for maybe 50k? I'm sure others will say it's worth more. I just focus more on what I can get for something. All a matter of perspective. Something is "worth" what I can get someone to pay for it, that's always been my philosophy. Good luck to you.
