I found this really nice and interesting bracelet while running the travesty. Never seen a skill mod over +15 before and lrc over 20% before on non-arty bracelet.

These are pretty rare with the over +8 stat mod. Where you get into the millions are the double stat jewels over 8. I haven't actually sold any stat modifier jewelry over +8, but I've seen a fair amount on vendors in WC, etc., ranging anywhere from a few hundred k up to half a mil or so.
