So the catch is, only the owner (not co-owners) can manipulate yard wand items. Decorating without yard wand items is doing it with one hand tied behind your back. Even if placed only temporarily, yard wand floors help set the elevation of lockdown and deed deco.

I'm off work tell 02/14 so if they want to wand something ill just come wand it.

To give you an example, I build stairs to the battlements in keeps using goza mat deeds. To do that, I have to place about 30 yard wand floor tiles and then perform several hundred raise operations on them. Only the owner can do that.
