Excelsior

Are any of you interested in hiring an interior decorator and/or a home builder?

Decorating is my favorite thing to do in this game. I'm not a huge hunter, so whatever little funds I get goes towards playing dollhouse on Excelsior. I'm GMed in Tinkering, Tailoring, Alchemy (for wax deco),Carpentry and working on Blacksmithy, so I can make most decorations.

Prices do cover cost of materials.
Prices do not cover cost of customization revisions.
Prices do not include any rares/stolen items/arties. I will not use any of these in decorating unless you provide them yourself or the design really calls for it.
I must be co-owner of your home to do this. You can remove me after the task is completed and paid for.
I try to stay away from making "box" houses unless you want that.
I can give a nice discount if you give me free deco!

Prices are all based per lot. So, if you own 3 18x18 lots and want them all decorated @ the rate of 350k, you will be charged for each lot for a total of 1.05M.

Building Only - 350k - Basically, your home and yard are built from the ground up using the home customization menu.
Once this is complete, have enough in your bank to commit your design.
If you need for me to work within a budget, please let me know ahead of time.

Decorating Only - 300k - Making your premade home look more like a home. No building involved, only furnishing.

Building AND Decorating - 600k - The whole package! You will have to pay 350k after building is done, commit the design, and then allow me to decorate and pay the other 250k after work is completed.

Yard Wand Service - Flat Rate 100k + cost of wand use
Please offer at least 200k worth of funds for yard wand use. Any unused funds will be refunded to you. (Generally I would just leave this part to the owner, but I still offer this.)

I know the prices may seem steep, but a lot of work goes into making the right home just for you!

It's about time for me to clean my own house of all the Halloween deco and make it look cozier.

I'm now selling deco (regular and tradeskill tools) and engravers @ RaNroCk's Vendor Mall near the vendor stones in Trinsic. Let me know if you need any special orders filled. (I can't make forges and anvils yet, though)

Really considering this, but I'm too afraid it'll be like an episode of one of those house makeover shows where when showed the finished product the couple are like "ooooh...yeeaa..its really nice...we love it" where you can just see it in their eyes that they hate it and that there going to rip it all down and do it themselves when the camera team leaves ^_^

Guess its all down to particular tastes, I may be contacting you shortly if I decide to see if your styles liken to mine ^_- as of right now, I just lock something down randomly in my house where I have space hehe.

Great idea though, haven't seen anything of this sort of service as of yet.
