As the topic suggests, i have several locations marked off with fairly sure (95%) confidence will support building a Keep. I charge 50k for showing the location and assisting with getting it placed.

I also take custom requests (area, terrain, etc) you would like to see/have in your next housing location. PM me any time with questions as I'm always happy to help.


NOTE on Castles: Currently I don't believe there (as of 07/16) to be any 'free' locations to place a castle (not without paying for GM assistance) however I am by all means not 100% of this and am always on the lookout if I can make something fit. Feel free to ask and I'll look for you but should I find one the cost will be a bit more as this server is full up on a lot of unused properties.

I can find 5 castle placement areas right now. without gm assistance. Patience is key

...seems like a unnecessary comment but good deal then. Having placed 5 castles in the last week I know the spaces are somewhat limited. You are correct patience is the key and as such, am willing to still look for them upon request.

Have had one satisfied customer, assisted with placing a new 18x18, not the hardest in the world to find spots (pleanty of these to be found) but houseplacement is, as noted above, a game of patience and practice. At anyrate, I just like to be helpful, not looking to get rich off of this by anymeans but like to see people get the UO house of their dreams whenever possible

I need an area large enough for two 18x18 houses that can be put together. If you can find that pm me please.
