I moved that Water House to the new location (different water house, has dock all around it) from the Auction. I have re-built that location to look like this.



And I have the first floor only semi-done. Still decorating and moving things inside.




And sorry Nin-Ja Ironbender But I do not have extra that I would sell of the item you are looking for.

Got the last item I wanted. No longer trading right now.
