i would think that anything that is lost because of downtime (like your nightmare) +C will fix or at least i hope he will

Server is more than likely going to revert to the previous save. Anything that is lost will be replaced in 6 months to 1 year, maybe. Need more staff and a more reliable ISP.

I have texted Colibri. I would have been aware of the problem sooner, but last night I was at a wedding and then awake until very late; so I slept late and my phone alerts were not waking me up like they usually would.
