i was there... i went to try to res her and i was gonna give her money to recover her body. sorry late responses

but i couldn't res her kept telling me i can't res her in that spot or something. she died in labby and used the help i'm stuck, and went over to brit tram side. east of the river, and i went there. i could not res her. so this is a bug, but i'm sure colibri will get to the bottom of this ..

I physically couldn't move. I used I'm stuck(twice, to two different locations in tram, brit, then trins) and STILL couldn't move. I wasn't close enough to a stone or anything to rez at. Other players attempted to rez me and the message popped up that this player can not be resurrected in this location.
I paged and no one was available.
I restarted the game with razor and without razor.
I rebooted my laptop, three times.

So tell me Xavian, what else would you have done to resolve the issue that I didn't attempt?
Eventually, several hours later, someone was able to rez me. The players who attempted weren't new and did know what they were doing so I doubt it was user error.
apparently you are new, at least new enough to not know that you can NOT cast spells while you are dead, aka there is no way I could have teleported to any type of stone while I was dead and no one was able to rez me.

If you didn't have enough gold for your insurance to work, then what makes you think you would have had enough to pull your body with the corpse stone? The post sounds like a rant post and like you are trying to get something for your error. If your biggest complaint is that you lost GoC items, then you didn't lose anything of any great quality. You'll be ok, just work hard and get more.

There would have been funds to pay the corpse stone fee, I always have gold on [exex and its a simple matter of going on there and withdrawing gold, which is then placed in the bank and would have been used for the corpse stone. Please wise and knowledgeable one, tell me what was my error? apparently you haven't yet comprehended that there was nothing anyone except staff could do and that took several hours. Yes, hours, which of course by then a corpse is decomposed, so no amount of funds in the bank will retrieve it.
No GoC may not be the best, but its what I have left and is months of work and hundreds of ED(each is blessed with 400 luck). I didn't lose my Goc though, it does say in one of the replies that that is all I have left. It's everything else I lost. No, it isn't the best out there, but it's what I had, gave me a ton of dex, and generally I didn't die, even at the place where this happened.

So now, please fill me in since apparently you know it all, what was my error and how could I have prevented it?
and what did I not do that you would have and that I should have done to resolve this issue?

All of the info is in the posts and replies, including how long it took before someone could rez me and how long it took to unstick me.

I remember that I started working on this at some point in the past (i think it was august or september), but i didnt have all the information, and i couldnt reach you (i think i sent a pm or email, maybe it didnt get thru).

I also sent you a message in the game, just reply to that message to let me know if i got it all.


Just a note on recoveries: on rare occasions it's the same day, usually takes a few days or up to a week. Some occasions, especially this past year, took even a few months, and in your record case, 11 months
