Imagine a place for player run vendors that only young players (Under 21 days) can shop at. This market can have reduced prices to benefit new players, while not allowing experienced players the opportunity to take advantage of the low prices.

Well one problem with that... experienced player goes to a young player and asks them to buy the stuff, and keep a percentage.

From what i hear, young players already have it pretty easy. We have the donation chests, the youth center, the young dungeon, and if you're lucky you may be greeted by a staff member, bringing you a new player gift bag
