[EasyUO] Cyberpope's Mining Radar v4.1c
Re: [EasyUO] Cyberpope's Mining Radar v4.1c
Think I have found the problem.
My mobile forge is actually a brazier. item type 0E31. Is there a way to get the script to use it?
Oh and I checked the %forgetypes and SMF is at the end.
My Razor workaround is no biggie, and it does the job.

If the brazier can be used in the script, I don't have to worry about failing at making forges. Somebody can just steal a bunch of braziers, and I will waste resources failing other stuff.

Just as Isaac said - the brazier cannot be used, but will confuse the script (as both items share the same type). You will need to actually cough up the dough for the forge, sorry. Or use a fire beetle which is a bit cheaper (around 50-70k, though rare) and supported by the script. You need to configure it for that though.

I feel ripped off now.
I bought this item as a mobile forge, and it says mobile forge when you mouse over it, but it appears to be a brazier.....
From the TC too.

Personally, I'd advise you to page a GM about it. As far as I know it is illegal to spoof items. Though you'd have to make sure it actually *is* a brazier and recall which vendor sold it.
Re: [EasyUO] Cyberpope's Mining Radar v4.1c
Hi ..... i added the SMF to the script now all its doing is saying allow follow me but still is not smelting what else could be going wrong?
Re: [EasyUO] Cyberpope's Mining Radar v4.1c
You're the second person to have the exact same issue. I tired to help the other guy and simply nothing we did had any effect. All I can suggest is re-install UO, re-apply the razor registry patch and (optionally) get an older version of EUO (like 1.5 150-190 or so).
Re: [EasyUO] Cyberpope's Mining Radar v4.1c
Hey thanks for customizing the script for EX, really useful. I've been trying to port the lumber radar to EX too but I'm having truoble finding the right item ids. Anyone here maybe able to help with that or has already done it?
Re: [EasyUO] Cyberpope's Mining Radar v4.1c
Well, if you can be bothered to look, the CPs LJ radar has been done already. Just do a forum search.
Re:down - I was just saying it's been done already. Please don't add things to my post that are not there.

Hanamichi wrote:I just started using the script (which I'm already in love with). I would like to suggest a feature for gargoyle mining, maybe another button somewhere easy to access (if it's not already in and I just haven't found it yet). Reason I ask is sometimes this script just mines in those places I can't find, but it's plat so what I do is use this to mine, double click my garg pickaxe and use last target, works great until I gotta smelt, but would love a garg mode. Also I can't wait for the keys to be added, I'm so very happy you ported this to this server.
To allow the script to use Gargoyle Pickaxes, open the file and search for IgnoreGargs. Add a ';' to the beginning of this line, so it is shaded out - it should look like: ;gosub IgnoreGargs.
Worked well for me, now I can farm Plat Elementals to my hearts content.

Still having trouble with this script. Any help would be welcomed.
Problem: Cannot mine Cave Floors.
I have re-installed UO to no avail. (Using the Torrent Download File. I DO NOT have a UO Disc.)
Here is what I see when I go into a Minable Cave. All Tiles around me show as GRAY on the Radar, and I cannot click them to mine the location.

Re: [EasyUO] Cyberpope's Mining Radar v4.1c
Tried a few suggestions for fixes to my Cave Floor Problem, and I guess I shouldn't have even tried. Cause now it's even more broken then before I started.
Now every tile is purple, and I can't mine anything. Someone please help!

Re: [EasyUO] Cyberpope's Mining Radar v4.1c
OK. for reals this time... Any tips on getting the radar to create the UOAM file? When I have it create or append the ore markers I can not find any new .map files on my system. Any thoughts?
