There will be an auction (regular sized) this weekend:
Saturday August 19th at 22:00 shard time (that's 6pm US-East, 3pm US-pacific, 23:00 western Europe, 00:00 central Europe; 8am Sunday morning for most Australians).

Items will be posted in the next couple of days, hopefully most of them tuesday or wednesday, but there might be some late additions until friday.

Woot, here comes another one hehehehe. I think the account bound system should be implemented for all auction items, I don't speak so much for myself, I speak for a small number of players who take advantage of auctions to buy and resell items. So I would love to see all items with an account bound of 120 days without the chance of stone removal from the donation room.

Question on "A Maxed-out Imprisoned Dog"
Is that a true "maxed out" imp with 370 strength, 140 dex, 125 intel, 1100 hit points, 550 stamina, 75 armor rating, 135 wrestling, 135 tactics, 135 anatomy, 135 magery, 135 eval. intel., 135 mediation, and 135 magic resist?

Ok the list is finally posted and final.

About the max imprisoned dog. It's the best possible stats that can be on an imprisoned dog: 370 str, 65 dex, 75 int. 220 hp, 65 stam, 75 mana. 40 damage. I think that the 370 STR is the main thing here.

It is. The other stats which can be added by ointments and Doc Op pet power scrolls would just add to the overall value. Not sure anyone has ever used a full set of 135's on an imp before. Rare and expensive items, each worth millions.

To submit a bid, send a ticket by Thursday, August 24th, 23:59 shard time. Your bid has to be 10% over the amount of what the item sold for on Saturday, and in the same currency.

if the person that actually won the auction suddenly decided he/she didnt want it anymore shouldnt the first offer go to the person who had the next highest bid? rather than trying to bid higher

people shouldnt be able to cancel their winning item like that they have to buy it, it will stop people from bidding just to spike the price

I don't think you understand how the re-auction works.

Colibri randomly selects items that are up for re-auction. These items can then be purchased (again) by bidding at least 10% over the price at which they sold at auction. This isn't people that won the item at auction changing their mind. This is either people that want 2 of a specific item or someone that missed the auction that wants the item. You can pay a premium above what the item sold for at auction in order to get the item.
