First I'd like to direct your attention to this existing thread, where you will get the general idea about what kind of people we are looking to be staff:

We are looking for either one of these talents:
- Knowledge of scripting - making monsters and items that fit into this shard.
- Knowing OSI's spawn locations or willing to spend time and find these online, or even to think of new areas, and spawn them. We have most of felucca still free for the taking.
- Coming up with quest ideas and scripting them.
- Able to be online alot.
- Event ideas and making things fun.
I'd like to point out, that if you intend to start on something, I expect you to finish your project. It has happened many times that someone became staff, started a few ideas and then poofed into the air with them half done, players waiting for them, leaving all of the things to me for the finish.
If you would like to be a scripter on our shard, apply only if you know how to make good code that doesn't crash the shard. There's already tons of crappy code at runuo.com which I could use. I'd rather have a stable shard with no new features than a situation where one quest crashes the shard, the other gives out uber items, and the third would be so lame nobody would do it. You would be scripting on your own version of the scripts. I will not send you our scripts.
If you would like to apply:
Write a short resume that contains your: name, surname, country, state, birthdate or at least age, when you can be on, how much can you be on, what talents you have, anything else that would be relevant. You should write that in a standard letter format, saved as either a Microsoft Word or Rich text format file, and send it as an attatchment to my email by January 15th.
