So, I have been asking people here around work, what I should get for my best man and groomsmen for gifts, because really I have no idea, but I want it to be good. I have been getting the typical answers that you would find on the internet. Such as flasks ( do people really use these, besides alcoholics?), grooming kits, beer mug, etc. So, if you all dont mind throwing some ideas at me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

I gave them a pocket watch with their name on it. They really liked it. Congrats on your wedding:)

I think personalized pocket knife or a personalized BBQ grill set is a nifty idea. I may not be a man but I think it will be a good groomsman gift.

I did a mixture of Flasks and Knifes, depending on the person. Wish i had thought of the BBQ set. They would have loved those also.

I suggest a good quality world globe.
One that has an element of artisanship and quality. It will date, but will be a sign of their moment, and hopefully an heirloom.

At my wedding I did engraved pocket watches and Zippo lighters. Both were a big hit. And it's now over 15 years later, most still have/use them.

I went very non-traditional. We did the same and looked for a gift that could be given to all the groomsmen and one for all the bridesmaids, but then I thought "Is this something I would really want to get?" Instead I proposed that we give each member of the wedding party a gift that would be unique to them and something they would truly love to get, so we treated it almost like getting a x-mas gift where you shop for each person individually. One of my friends is a real estate agent and was in desperate need of a GPS so we got him a good one. One was a die hard basketball fan so I got him a personalized jersey from his favourite team. Others were saving for an iPad so we got them a couple hundred dollars in gift cards for the Apple store etc etc. The amount of time the wedding party put in for us and the amount that was spent on our stag and stagette by them surely warranted good gift anyways. Again, very non-traditional and not for everyone, but really who else is gonna see the wedding party gifts except them? The gifts were a huge hit and were a great way to close out the long days of rehearsals and picture taking.
