Stuck at 102.1 taming

I've been trying to tame lesser and normal Hiryuus but my taming seems stuck. Any suggestions?

Eat and keep trying. It is a slow process

Or try crafting. Faster, but expensive.

I tamed bulls and ridge backs all the way to 120
