Is there any way to kill this Muthantiar Dragon? I have 309 Hit Points and it killed me in one shot.

Ask in world chat if some fatties can group up and help you. That's the way I saw people do it.

Make some more relayers and put strength/hp to them. Titan hammers for example, or SOTs will work too.

OK above was some sarcasm. Seriously you need imps for him, like for some other monsters (mostly paroxy/ice wyrm for GoC quest). When imps die, retreat, rez them and attack again. Soon he will be dead.
Other pets will work too, but they will loose stats on deaths.

I did it the same way,

Just to add to it, I would run and hide while my last Imp was still alive so he wouldn't turn on me while i was retreating. Then stealth back to recover the pets, takes a few times but worth it.
