Excelsior

Hi Guys:

I am trying to get UP Steam up and running so I can use UOAM.

When I run UO Steam, I click the "start" button and get tot he login screen. When I try to connect, it does nothing for a few minutes and then I get a message telling me that it could not connect, try again later. If I go out and log in to Excelsior directly, I get right in.

Here are my current UP Steam setting:

Client Options: C:\Program Files\Ultima Online\client.exe
Ultima Online: C:\Program Files\Ultima Online
Shard: shard.uoex.net
Port: 2593
No boxes are chacked
Running in admin mode.

What am I doing wrong?

you need to change to port 60

Changed the port, still can't get the dang thing to work.

Any other thoughts?

I don't know if it might do the trick for you, but i checked my settings and there's the "remove encryption" box checked.

Why don't you use UOsteam's map? It is pretty awesome... scaleable, zoomable map and saves running another program.
