Sgail Quests

Hi everyone,

It's hard to find any information about the quests, I want to ask you maybe somebody could answer.

I'm doing heavenly chord quest now, It says "Obtain the spite solution the colossus" so where can I obtain this? and collect 15 captured essences , I guess these are looted from the beasts

Towards the north-west of the city, there's a little area that's fenced off, with like a large yellow tower inside it. That tower has a tough Mob (the Colossus) inside, and to open the tower up you have to pull a lever that's sort of behind the tower and outside the fenced off area.

When you pull the lever, the tower opens up and the Colossus comes out. He will 1 hit you and is impossible to kill (you'll never do more than 1 hp damage per attack and he has god knows how many hit points) so don't try to fight him, you just have to get INSIDE that tower and collect the spite solution.

Here's my tip if you're able to self-rez: die, make your way into the tower, self-rez when you're inside, pick up the spite solution, teleport away.

You usually have enough time to flip the switch, grab the solution and run away before he aggros. No need to waste self res on it. If you're uncertain about survivability, you can bind a hotkey/macro to cast the Druid spell Restorative Soil. Very handy in Sgail.

Personally i just run in, grab the solution and run away. If he aggros afterwards i'll make him walk inside box and flip the switch so he can't come after me

As for the captured essence: You get one per Shimmering Effusion kill. Be sure to collect/kill everything needed before adding anything to the quest books so you have enough time to complete the quest.
