Trying to Donate

Hi, Not sure this is the right place but I tried to donate and it would take my State (Florida). I have donated in the past ith out a prob lem......is there a glich in the Donate site?

sometimes it likes to change your state (Florida) to Slovenia ! Make sure it reads correct.

I chose Florida and it will not take it, stays blank

Just went to donate page. Link took me to paypal to make donation. I am using Mozilla Firefox.
