Could someone please tell me how to raise Lockpicking skill from 50-60. Thanks

There is a thieves guild with boxes of different lvls. I think it is in the northern part of haven.

You can set up macros there to get to 95 i believe.

I have also heard tell of a script by a guy named blaze here on the forums. I was not aware of it when i did my training but it may be something to look into.
