Hiya all...Just a few questions that I've got and if anyone could help me out it would be awesome...
1) Maintaining mana during tougher stuff (Demon paragon in Blood)...Currently I've got 3 mules (working on my 4th) and I can't keep up on my mana when it comes to this guy...He eats my mules like nothing (all have 900+ hp's) and it's way heal intensive for me...I'm following Devlin's guide to being awesome so my mana and regen is slow - currently using lich when I try him which usually results in me dying cause I can't heal (even in lich)...Should I bother with it or just run and forget about him?
2) My mules have suffers stat loss; I don't even know what they lost so should I bother using ointments to repair the loss or save them for when I get some nobles? Currently planning on getting a 115 PS sometime soon but I don't know when I'll get around to it...It could be a while or it could be today....Sorta depends on how soon my beehives reach full production...What stats should I look for when getting new pets? All of my mules have 900+ hp's but only one has high str...Should I even bother to try and get it higher? What about stam or mana or int? Are they important on mules/nobles? What should be my target pets after nobles or will they keep me comfortable for a while?
3) Are there any "must have" script for Easyuo? Currently I'm using Blazes pet fighter, BMAutoloot, and Spell Menu (love this one), and Blaze's doorman. Am I missing anything obvious - yes I have all the ones to level my skills. Also where would I get the item codes for Excel exculsive stuff like essences, ointmests and other items such as the metals/woods? I'm trying to add them to the autoloot script so I dont have to take everything - I've got more then enough druid scrolls to last me a while..
Thanks to anyone that can answer these questions.

Re: Questions from a 3 week old player...
You didn't mention what your vet skill is. Unless you have GM skill in healing your pet, you will always have trouble maintaining your pets with a heal spell alone. Get your vet as high as possible then stand right behind your tank as its fighting so you can apply aids while casting heal. Oh, and use the cleric form of healing. It should heal more damage and take less mana I think.Currently I've got 3 mules (working on my 4th) and I can't keep up on my mana when it comes to this guy...He eats my mules like nothing (all have 900+ hp's) and it's way heal intensive for me...
Re: Questions from a 3 week old player...
Hmmm...Guess I need to level Vet then...Someone told me that it wouldn't be useful later on so I've just been using the cleric spells...Thanks for the advice...

Get 120* spirit speak to increase the power of cleric spells. Get Focus and Meditation to 120* and don't wear any non-medable (plate, chain, ring, etc. without Mage Armor) armor to help with mana regen. Don't bother ointing or PSing you mules - it'd cost you a lot more to oint them back to their max stats than buying a new one. Just make do with the 'banged up' ones. Oh, and I'd advise you to avoid paragon balrons for now - too tough for a 3 mule pack, just run away (you can also ask in global if someone wants to kill it - many do).
*You can do less than 120 if you don't have the cash - every little bit helps, and you can sometimes get the lower scrolls pretty cheap.
As for scripts - add Blazin' healR for times you're not using lich form to keep you nice and healthy. You can get some item codes in EUO by clicking on them - check the LOBJECTID and LOBJECTTYPE (under +Last Action).

Ilsanor is right on the money imo! You might want to look at imprisoned pets in the short term as they lose no stats upon death and they are the pack wich offers the most offensive. You will need to add 150-200 ointment to each of your pet for them to have about 400 hp, wich is fine with me.
To heal my pets, i have set a razor macro to bandage last target and my client macro to say [cs touchoflife . So i can cast clerical heals from a distance all the time and if it becomes tuff to keep my pet alive, i stand near it to add the bandages.
If you farm alot of gold, longer term, you can buy GoG (gem of completion) wich give access to what i would call "armor of infinite mana". You can look at the peices of that suit in town center, south end.
Finally, if you get a good mana leech yumi, you can chain armor peirce special move without ever having mana problems.
Good luck!

Re: Questions from a 3 week old player...
try to train necromancy. maybe it helps. it helps me a lot.
if you are in lichform you have an manaregeneration like active meditation.
i have two healmacros on two diffrent keys.
1st key. last objekt [bandage] / last target. this is for using veterenary.
2nd key say [cs touchoflife. this is for the clerichealspell.
you can use both together but for vet you have to be close to your mule/noble/imp
if it get damaged press the 1st key and one second later the 2nd. so you can heal with vet and clericheal together.
that safe some mana too. and in lichform you have an much more faster regeneration. i think mine is in lichform faster than with 100 meditation but the best in lichform is that you have this regeneration all the time and not only if you are not in fight.
at last i create an simple razormacro that runs all the time if iam in lichform.
if you are in lichform you lost life the hole time. sometime i forgot to check it and died ^^
now i have an macro running that heals me every time if my hitpoints going und 25% of my maxlife.

Re: Questions from a 3 week old player...
I suggest raising necromancy as well it is so so so useful. Upon getting to the higher lvls you can cast wraith form, this combined with curse weapon is a beautiful combo. Wraith form provides a constant mana supply every single hit, and curse weapon provides you life equivalent to 50% of the damage you deal (so i read) but either way curse weapon gives lots of life. Just make sure you have good combat skills or high hit chance increase and defence chance increase and you'll be good to go. Curse weapon lasts for about 30 seconds I guess. Wraith form until death, but make sure you have higher than norm fire resist it gives a debuff to fire resistance and some to cold and energy as well. This can be countered with magical reflection from your Magery book, (or armor changes). Also look into reactive armor for physical defence if it drops to much, also wraith form provides a higher than normal physical resistance and you can't bleed, so bleeding attacks are void against you in this form.

Hey all...Just though I'd let people know how I've been doing...I switched up to a mana leach bow and use wraith form now when I need mana and it has helped a ton...I still can't take those Para Balrons yet but last time I tried I did much better then before...Also looking for some studded leather with LRC(medable and sneakable) to replace the non-mage armor pieces I'm still wearing...Does anyone know of a good vendor where I can get a set to hold me over until I start doing the GoC set?
I've been working on getting Vet higher and it's helped..I just need to learn to watch my own hp's instead of the pets all the time...hehe...Yes this means I've died a coupla times trying to keep them alive..
Does anyone have a working vet skill raising script? I havn't had any luck on fnding one that works.
Last question for now are there any guilds that do things casually but with a schedual? I work with the public so when I logg on to play I generally just wanna do my own thing but I don't mind helping others and a smaller guild with schedualed "grouping" nights would be perfect for me...Any advice would be welcome...
