Hi all, I have such a problem, I was ... stood by the healer with 5 PETS 2 mule 2 Noble Steed feret 1 pulse in 2 mules were about 350-400K when I lost my internet, I was in a safe Place when I was able to log into the game all my pets have disappeared and nowhere is not a bank does not in the stable and they were all bonded

Some questions first:
!. Did you feed the pets recently?
2. Did you check your backpack? (I had an imp training that I thought I lost - was in my pack)

If both are yes then either pay for retrieval (3 million tokens IIRC) or be prepared to call it a bad day and get yourself new pets. Excelsior is in no way responsible for your internet connection (or problems with it) as stated in the Codex, section 7 par C and D. A pointer for the future - if you ever lose your internet in the middle of playing go to a friend, a hotspot, an internet cafe or whatever else and get all in-game stuff in order. You never know how long you will have no access to the internet. Could be a couple of minutes, could be a couple of days.

...unless you leave them in yer pack so long that they 'reset'

I use mine so infrequently that I never have to feed them (and I never have)
each time I pull 'em out they have say I am claiming them all over again, and are blue until I say "all guard me" before they go green again. =P
