Client Crash

Hi. My client is working fine for most of my characters. However when I log into my main Character Leng it plays about 2 seconds of game sound then crashes. I have up to date patches and client. I have tried clearing my ram and restarting my computer. I am able to log into my other characters but sadly Leng is my main. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
