Help with a simple UP Razor Macro

Hi All,
I was trying to make a makro for [cs purge with razor.
Makro:
Say: [cs purge
Wait for Target
That´s all. I bind it to a hotkey, and everytime I press it, the spell is cast with in game animation, yet only 1 in 2 times does the target cursor appear.
Anyone who has an idea of how to fix this?
Thanks in advance!
Edit:
When I remove the "Wait for Target" portion of the makro the issue is fixed, yet if I want it to wait for the target i have to add an pause, which is different for each fc/fcr combination. If I leave it at "Say: [cs purge, in the heat of battle i will recast the spell before it is finshed, while spamming my hotkey...
