I can log in, but can't play

Hi

Not sure what I'm doing wrong...

I installed the pre-patched game fine, no problem.

Created my account fine, no problem.

Made a character, then I get hung up at the spot the game window should launch into the game, I just get the grey background from the menu.

Any ideas?

(I don't have razor or uoam or anything else installed)

Have you tried it WITH razor yet? If not you should try it out.

Perhaps it's a problem that you're trying to make a character named, but the same kind of name already exists.

Is your character already created, and you crash when you try to select that character? Or do you crash when you try to create the character?

You can PM me what username you have, and what character name you are trying to create / login to.

Try naming the character something else, if you're getting hung at the end of character creation.
