Stuck Creating Charector

I am helping the bride create an account for her laptop. So we down loaded the game and created a new Character, but now it seems to be stuck on Creating Character screen.

I already did the [account and put her new account info in last night.

Anybody have any ideas??

Oh and she is running windows 7. does this matter?
