ok I am noob but this is just non sense... where to buy tinker tools ? do not answer "to the tinker guild" pls.

Go to Trinsic market---> 2 floor, you can find the tinker vendor or Alchemy Jim market, just south of Brit bank :)

It seems that I remember buying them from a Tinker NPC in Haven when I started here. Near the Thieves Guild, I believe.
