Top 100 voting issue

anyone eles having issue voting for the top100?? I tried yesterday and couldn't vote and agin today

The other day the XtremeTop100 page wouldn't load for me, so I just voted for the other three. I always hit all four and that's the idea of the thing but I trusted that +Colibri would understand if one of the sites was down.

I ususaly do all 4 of them .. Its the last one that usualy will say yes voted accepted and such that isn't working for me..

Yeah, I'm having the same issue. I last voted a few days ago, but I'm still getting the message to try again later. I was able to vote every day before this issue started happening.

The GTop100 works fine for me. Last used it an hour ago with no problem. Whatever the problem you're experiencing is, it isn't happening to everyone. Hope you can get it resolved.

I have problem voting too, i got an error code 1, but i voted from the job and it was sucessful. I have to restart my router this week cause i lost connection and since that i got this error code.

The "error code 1" is a problem with the gtop website, I assume it's something to do with their code that stores the votes. I see that my vote right now went through, but there was a period of time today that resulted only in these errors. So, seems to work now.

As for the overall voting idea, we are at about 70% "fairness" (could be different right now, i remember calculating this a few days back). that is, roughly 70% of those who vote at the GTop also vote for the other 3 sites there. That's ok, but I hope this number wont drop much anymore. In any case, I intend to someday script something that somehow checks all the sites, and so that the reward would be proportional... even if this extra reward is then given out with a delay, let's say once per week, it's still better, but considering all the other stuff that needs to be done, it's kind of a low priority.

Another thing worth mentioning, 3 players have now reported that two of the sites report a possible virus - at a quick glance this seems to be a false positive - basically the advertisements that these sites have, sometimes try to redirect you completely to another site. A player contacted them and they seem to have removed those ads or maybe they are now just showing less often. I'll give this some more attention, but so far it seems to be safe. Of course, it's always a good idea to have an antivirus program installed.

I've been trying to vote since Tuesday and have been getting error code 1 each time. I'm not sure what to do. I have been voting on the other sites as I always do GTtop100 last.

I've also checked my voting history on the stone and it says that I haven't tried since the 7th, but in fact I have tried every day and got error code 1.

Any ideas what I can do to resolve? I'll still carry on voting on the sites that I can vote on, I like seeing the shard near or at the top

If you are running into issues with not being able to vote.

Clear your cookies out ! ...
restart your web browser .

Your cookies for the gtop100 website have become corrupt or are no longer valid and new ones need to be made.
