Ok well my forum PM didnt achieve anything so the 18*18 is still available. No trees nearby, but right next to a mountain. Expansion is severely limited by the 2 other bare 18*18's next to it, though they might be buyable and/or could drop.
Price is now 500 K. Though to be honest I have no actual idea what its worth, I don't think it's worth less than that,
I now also want to sell a Tower (the large one with floating wings) in Malas. 71 43 N, 36 29 W. Fairly private area with trees to axe but no nearby mining and not very expandable (maybe a couple of tiles spare on both axes). Price is 750 K including the building value.
