House Move and Rebuild

My first house is quite small because only small spots are available in its current location. I would like to take it down and move it. My only issue is, it has a trainer in it. Can I take it down and rebuild it as a larger house without loosing the trainer? And if so, How?

1. You can move the trainer to your other house before taking down the house.

2. You can move the house and trainer using tokens
